1. What is the minimum quantity of the order?

  One piece order is welcome! but please note the more you order, the cheaper price you’ll get!
 

  2. What is your usual term of payment?

  For small order, Cash or T/T for full amount in advance.for order value less than 10,000USD, we adopt 30% T/T deposit 70% T/T against shipment. For order value more than 10,000USD, we accept L/C at sight payment. 
 

  3. How long is the delivery time?

  From 15 days to 45 days depending on the style and quantity of products ordered.
 

  4. What is the policy of samples?

  Since our products become more and more popular and there are many customers asking for free samples, our samples policy is samples are free of charge for some lower value products, while the freight charge should be paid by customer. We need your speed post collect account number of DHL,UPS... the free samples will be sent out within one week.
 

  5. What shall we do, if we need put logo on the products?

  Just send the logo by e-mail, attached the picture. We can sample it as per your design or with your logo.
